This is another coloured line art done by 
. This is a drawing she did of another character I created. She's fantastic at pulling directly from my mind exactly how I describe it.
This is an attempting at colouring in a slightly different way then I'm used to. Hopefully I can improve it.
Character Description
Unlike most trainers, she takes everything very lightly. She loves her pokemon but really just likes having friends more then battling. That's not to say she wont, she just goes about it casually. She seems to make a slow progress in becoming a master, but it's simply because she tries to enjoy life with her pokemon. Her mood almost always seems lazy and casual, though she's level headed and mellow in any situation. With people she can be seen as a loner, usually preferring the company of her pokemon, though when she does meet someone that catches her attention she becomes somewhat attatched.

Okays all assitude set aside...
I really do like the subtle method to the cel shading. I'm not sure how I feel about what seems to be a lack for determining the light source in the pic. But in all honesty I throw natural lighting to the wind anyways and only shade where I damn well feel it should be coming from (ie: folds and the like). There are a few areas where I think the color change could be a bit more dynamic.
I'm a big fan of the selected skin tone but I believe we have already discussed that. However, I think the cel shading for where the hair hangs over the face is a bit sloppy and could be sharped or cleaned up a bit, cel shading should be a little more smooth in my opinion and not so rigid, at least not in my opinion, but that is completely open for debate. In fact, I am sure you will open your big trap and scream at me about it, if not now, then after you read this because I am asking for it and you know it.
