Description

Another figure colour practice. This one more recent. Done a few days ago. I honestly can't decide how I feel about it. I took a different approach to it then my last one in the shading. I feel it could be better, but at this point I'm hesitant to continue working at it for fear of messing it up beyond repair. I see a lot I can improve but I suppose for the most part I'm fairly happy with it. The Prof. approves of it, and really, that's what matters ^-^ I adulate her wisdom of teh arts.

Soft Pastels on Large Newsprint. Also had to photograph again like the last. I hate having to do that. It makes it just look horrible, but it's large and I think my cruddy old scanner is pretty much dead anyways.

This one has some very nice tones in it. I think the lines for the head are the best though. But the mix of colors for the shadows and highlights are extremely well done. Person looks a bit skinny because of the lower back lines, but it's not really noticeable until you look closer. But a very decent drawing. I like the pose. It'd be interesting to see a full picture drawn with this pose. That would be fun to see.
